Controllers

1) pH controller : Sensor based pH controller, connected to electronic dosing system and DEAlkalizer storage tank. With pH range of 0.00 to 14.00 and the resolutions o.01 pH.

2) TDS controller : Sensor based TDS controller controls the TDS in recirculating water through solenoid valve fixed in return line with the range of 0 to 10000 PPM and resolution is 10 PPM.

3) ORP controller : Sensor based biocide dosing system based on the ORP in the recirculating water.

ADS TECHNOLOGY

Success of any system in water management depends on achieving desired parameters; to achieve the same the parameters should be closely monitored.  To monitor key parameters in Cooling Water Management, J.R.S has introduced an innovative technology called ADS. ADS include automated de alkalizer dosing using pH sensors and automated bleed using solenoid valve and TDS sensors. 

The sensor is connected to water return line and in turn to de alkalizer dosing system through a control panel.   When the pH exceeds the pre set limit the sensor will send a signal to dosing system which will start pumping de alkalizer for an illustration if the pH is at 8.3 and when the re circulation water pH exceeds 8.3 the sensor will send a signal to de alkalizer dosing system which will start pumping the de alkalizer and the moment the pH reduced to 8.3 automatically the dosing will STOP.

Similarly the TDS sensor is connected to solenoid valve which will open when the pre set TDS limit is reached and will shut when the TDS comes under control for example if the TDS in re circulation water is set at 3000 PPM the sensor will send a signal to solenoid valve which will open to blow down and when TDS reduced to less than 3000 PPM automatically the valve will shut.

 This will largely helps in avoiding human error and acts as real time monitoring and controlling of parameters, judicious usage of chemicals, water and power. This will result in uniform maintaining of both TDS and pH. The de alkalizer dosing will also be uniform and human error free.

 Please note that pH sensors can work from 0 – 14 and TDS can work up to 0-10000 PPM.
